We collect information only when you choose to contact us through the contact form. This includes:

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics services, and we never build profiles of individual visitors.

Anonymous website statistics

To understand how our website is used, we keep simple, aggregated statistics: the page visited, the date, the general device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) and the website you arrived from. This information is processed on our own servers and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.

We do not store your IP address and we do not place cookies or any other identifier on your device. To avoid counting the same visitor twice on a single day, we create a one-way, irreversible code from your connection details combined with a value that changes every 24 hours. This code cannot be linked back to you, cannot be used to recognise you the next day, and cannot follow you to other websites.

Because no information is stored on or read from your device, no cookie consent is required under the EU ePrivacy Directive or Greek Law 3471/2006. The statistics contain no personal data, and we rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving our website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How we use your information

We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or share them with third parties.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you provide by ticking the consent box on the contact form, and because it is necessary to respond to your request before entering into a potential business relationship.

How long we keep your data

We keep your message only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Once the matter is resolved, we delete it. We do not store messages in a database or backup system.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or any other technology that stores information on your device. The only external resource we load is product photography hosted on Unsplash; these image requests do not set cookies or identify you.
